Dr. Jeff Borowiec received a certificate of appreciation from the Transportation Research Board, presented by Christy Gerencher in recognition of his six years of service as Chair of the committee.
The committee also presented a Special Appreciation Award to Angus Ozoka. Mr. Angus Ozoka was unable to attend the annual meeting and his son accepted the award on his behalf. Mr. Ozoka is pictured below with the nominating committee.
